Design office engineer

Design engineers are involved in the early stages of projects. As a design engineer, you analyze tender documents and define the best processes and methods for carrying out the project in compliance with current regulatory standards, not only in the technical field, but also in terms of the environment, safety and quality.

The performance manager's mission is to anticipate and support the application of legislation and standards applicable to our highly regulated businesses. As a performance manager, you will analyze all the company's processes, integrating a continuous improvement approach. You will manage performance improvement projects, monitor and evaluate ongoing projects. You train teams and raise their awareness of tools and methods.

The operations manager coordinates and organizes the technical and human resources required for production on sites and worksites. As operations manager, you will implement tools to optimize productivity, budget management and the organization of work on sites. You participate in the company's development and investment policy. Lastly, you are responsible for applying the company's policy and standards in terms of quality, health, safety and the environment.
