Who can submit a report?

The right to report via the whistleblowing system belongs to :Internal employees of EPC Groupe,External and occasional employees of EPC Groupe (consultants, temporary staff, trainees, other temporary workers, etc.),Employees whose employment relationship has ended,Persons who have applied for a job with EPC Groupe,Shareholders, partners and holders of voting rights at the entity's general meeting,Corporate officers of the entity, members of administrative, management or supervisory bodies,EPC Groupe's co-contractors and their sub-contractors or, in the case of legal entities, members of the administrative, management or supervisory bodies of these co-contractors and sub-contractors, as well as members of their staff.

What can be reported?

The author may report any information relating to a violation of the Groupe's Anti-Corruption Code, of the law or regulations, of European Union law, of an international commitment duly ratified or approved by France, or of a unilateral act of an international organisation taken on the basis of such a commitment. It may also report any information relating to the commission of a crime or offence, an act prejudicial to the public interest, or a serious attack on human rights and fundamental freedoms, the health and safety of individuals or the environment.Attempted or concealed violations may also be reported.For example, a report may concern fraud and corruption, discrimination, infringement of competition law, a conflict of interest or failure to comply with health and safety rules.

Is reporting confidential?

WhistleB is a platform managed by an external and independent service provider.The system is secure and access rights are strictly limited to staff authorised to collect and process reports. The reporting process is fully encrypted and password-protected. All reports will be treated confidentially.
