Nomination and Remuneration Committee

This committee is responsible for providing opinions or recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding the remuneration of directors, the Chairman and, where applicable, the Managing Directors of the company.

This committee is tasked with providing opinions or recommendations to the Board of Directors on defining and implementing the Groupe’s strategy as proposed by the Chief Executive Officer, advising on growth directions, selecting investment opportunities, and ensuring the Groupe's performance. The committee also reviews the Groupe’s strategy on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), monitors its results, and provides any opinions or recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Mainly composed of independent board members and chaired by one of them, the CSR Committee is responsible for providing opinions or recommendations to the Board of Directors on social, societal, and environmental responsibility matters. It also reviews the non-financial information published by the Groupe.
